I needed this today. Yesterday was a lose-my-patience-cry-with-my-kids kind of day. Some days are just much harder than others. I’m in the midst of a tough journey with my 2 year old. She whines, she yells at her sister and is struggling to handle her emotions. It makes for a LOT of crying and a TON of emotions flying through my house.
Moral of the story? Everyone makes mistakes. It’s how you pick up and move on from the mistakes that is important. You may yell at your kids and get frustrated, but make sure you kiss them more.

Oh girl….I so relate. I have had many days I cried with my kids and wondered if I really am cut out for this. It always come back to me having to get on my knees, admitting my need for the Lord. Thank you for sharing these bits of encouragement. Its always so good to be reminded that we are not alone. Love your heart.
