Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal
Makes 1 serving (feeds mama and a toddler perfectly!)

What you need:
1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp light-brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp molasses
Pinch of salt

Icing:
1 Tbsp Cream Cheese or Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1 Tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp milk

How to do it:
In a large microwave safe bowl, combine all the oatmeal ingredients. Cook oatmeal mixture in the microwave for about 3 1/2 minutes.  Remove from microwave, stir in a little butter if desired and allow to cool several minutes.
In a small bowl, using a fork, whisk together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and milk until well blended. Drizzle icing over oatmeal. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.

DELICIOUS!!!!!
